Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026 • Governing US Clinical Experiences & Advisory

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of US MedPath, scheduling a consultation, submitting an application, or remitting fees for clinical rotation placements or residency advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility & Application Requirements

Applicants must be actively enrolled in a recognized medical school listed on the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) or be bona fide medical graduates (MBBS, MD, DO, or equivalent).

  • Candidates are required to submit accurate credential documentation, including medical diploma/enrollment letters, valid government identification, and required health screening records.
  • Misrepresentation of qualifications, scores, or background records constitutes immediate grounds for termination of placement with forfeiture of all fees.

3. Clinical Placement Scope & Hospital Regulations

Clinical placements are categorized as hands-on sub-internships, externships, or clinical observerships according to individual hospital bylaws and state medical board licensing parameters:

• Hands-on Clerkships: Trainees perform history-taking, physical examinations, and patient case presentations under direct attending physician supervision.

• Observerships: Trainees accompany attending physicians during clinical rounds, observing patient interactions without independent procedural execution.

All candidates must strictly adhere to hospital HIPAA protocols, dress codes, patient confidentiality regulations, and infection control mandates.

4. Letters of Recommendation (LoR) Policy

Merit-Based Evaluation: While US MedPath guarantees opportunities with attending physicians who provide official hospital letterhead recommendations, LoR content and strength are earned based on your clinical performance, punctuality, medical knowledge, and professionalism. Letters cannot be purchased or pre-written.

5. Visa Status & Entry Disclaimers

US MedPath furnishes qualifying candidates with institutional invitation documentation supporting B1/B2 visa applications for clinical observerships/clerkships. We do not act as immigration attorneys and do not guarantee visa issuance, which resides solely under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of State and consular officers.
