- ACGME-Accredited Residency Programs: Institutions with verified active Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) training programs.
- Academic University Medical Centers: Major tertiary care hospitals providing inpatient wards, intensive care unit exposure, and departmental grand rounds.
- Premier Outpatient Specialty Clinics: Ambulatory centers affiliated with academic networks delivering rigorous high-volume patient diagnostic experience.

• Match Guarantee Disclaimer: While US MedPath provides extensive mock interview preparation, ERAS strategy, and clinical opportunities to maximize matching viability, participation in our programs does not guarantee selection or match into an ACGME residency position. Residency selection remains the sole prerogative of individual program directors and matching algorithms.
3. Malpractice & Liability Coverage
All enrolled students and graduates undergoing hands-on or observership clinical training coordinated through US MedPath are provided with comprehensive medical malpractice insurance ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000 limit) covering institutional liability, patient interactions, and legal defense costs where mandated by hospital policy.
