Program Overview
This structured rotation is designed for international medical students and graduates and combines outpatient and inpatient experiences. The outpatient component includes telemedicine exposure and in-person site visits, generally 2–3 times per week from 6:30 AM to approximately 12 PM, with learning in note writing, lab interpretation and physical examination. The inpatient component includes direct patient evaluation and EMR exposure, with 1–3 patients per day over 6-hour blocks and flexible starting times. Online didactics are offered Thursdays and Fridays.
