Program Overview
This full hands-on pediatric externship/elective takes place in an outpatient clinic with an attending who has more than 20 years of experience. Students are exposed to a high patient volume, including well-child visits, sick-child visits and pre-operative consultations, with case discussions covering differential diagnosis and detailed milestone discussions.
